Ms. Bejarano is also a Latina blogger, columnist, and motivational speaker, who has survived several traumatic events in her life. She created Latina Still Standing because she wanted to be a voice to so many other women just like her: resilient and still standing. She wanted to share her story and other women’s stories of resilience to encourage and empower other Latinas. In her Latina Still Standing blogs, columns, Facebook and Twitter, she shares inspirational stories, sayings and images of hope and triumph. One woman’s story can motivate many more, creating a growing movement of Latina empowerment. Latina Still Standing also has a line of women’s apparel that is proudly worn by Latinas from all over the globe.
