By-Laws

Th By-Laws are the official rules by which Collectivo is governed. The Board of Directors, elected by the members, have the ability to modify the By-Laws through a thorough democratical process.

These rules are the foundation of everything that happen at Collectivo, from the project acceptance criteria to the reporting on projects in execution, as well as how to become a member or a Director at Collectivo.
